Personal Project

A solo horror puzzle game, where you have to solve puzzles to make your way through the maze and hopefully escape from the monsters☠️

I started work on this personal project because I wanted to push myself to make a game and release within a few months. Up until this point I had never actually released a game, so I really wanted to do that. I also wanted to push myself to make a game where I don't use any unity assets. For this project I did all the programming, art, level design, game design, and the sound.

During this project I improved the following skills

  • Technical proficiency in Unity C#, as I programmed the entire project myself.

  • Technical Proficiency in Blender, as I made most of the models.

  • Technical Proficiency in Photoshop as I edited textures and made UI Elements.

  • Continuously valuing ideas / features through the creative process, including making tough design choices.
